A faith-based organisation called HAZRATH SHAHJALAL JAMIE MASJID and Islamic Centre advocates a simple interpretation of Islam based on the Quran and the teachings of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). This approach puts a clear emphasis on balancing faith with modern issues and articulates balance, tolerance, and moderation. This view promotes positive participation in society and places an emphasis on individual and collective empowerment in order to support the growth of healthy societies.

HAZRATH SHAHJALAL JAMIE MASJID and Islamic Centre has established itself as a major fixture in the neighbourhood. The mosque welcomes everyone who enters its doors and offers them a space for prayer, education, and social support. Regular tourists and well-known scholars have lodged at the mosque.
